Kroctoberfest! Oct. 1-2, 2011

Now, this is an older video of what has to come of Camden, the building process of the Kroc center should actually begin within the next month, Praise God for that! Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of my time spent in Camden, but sometimes I feel like things are better captured when your solely focused on what is going on and not worried about documenting it, so I guess that could be seen as a blessing. Being in Camden I heard God's voice so much, and saw His work being done. The first day we were there, there was a sort of block party, carnival, Kroctoberfest going on. It was so much fun, you could see joy on every child's face as they walked in from their neighborhood across the street, or wherever. There was over 400 people partaking in this event, which is a blessing, seeing that community together.  Camden was a very personal experience for me. I had to give my testimony, which I'm not too good at sharing, or not always very willing.. But God spoke through me, and I was humbled. He reassured me that He wanted to use me, and speak from my life into the lives of others. Godly goals was the theme, and I'm constantly in awe that God really does want to use me, and I'm reminded that I need to surrender and give my whole life to Him, through it all.. Which is one of my goals. I absolutely loved being in Camden, the three sets of officers there were such a blessing, and the congregation was beautiful. Hearing of the Kroc and the Mission House (Servant Corp) was eye-opening, and I would love to witness God's work further there.
